Which banks provide international money orders and what are the fees?

I am currently staying with his mother in Great Britain in Calvert, who is close to Buckingham, but I will return to the United States 15th August and will be renting an apartment for the first time.

Each bank will provide this service and I imagine the difference in charges depending on the bank - just pop into a branch and ask.

For stocks, does anybody provide instant orders?

I'm deciding between Zecco, TD Ameritrade, and TradeKing.

Is there any service that provides instant orders? So that my stock will sell/be purchased at exactly the price it quoted when I sold/bought it?

Scottrade is the best.
