what is the best eyeshadow color for a black and turquoise dress?
I am wearing a black dress with turquoise points and I'm wondering what color eyeshadow will look best if you have very fair skin, brown eyes and light brown hair. Thanks for any answer!
Your shadow should match your skin, not clothes. Hazel eyes look great in gold, brown and olive shades. For the night will bring out the smoky purple eyes and great with my dress.

you can use olive green for the base of the eye and a navy color eyeshadow where u put your eyeliner at. (optional; blue eyeliner would look good with it too) and then of course mascara. Hope this helps!!! :)
