what adobe product do i need for typing on downloaded documents?

I am a new author. I have to be able to download the complete and sent to the publisher by e-mail them back. I do not know what I should be able to do it. I suppose that is a product of Adobe, which resolves this problem for me.

It all depends on the format of the forms that the publisher sends. If you need to "fill in the blanks" on the form, you will need to use the same software is used when they created the form.
